Shipping Policy

My Store Trend Hub ships internationally.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Orders usually dispatch within 1–3 business days,

and tracking is provided when available.

International orders may be subject to customs duties/taxes,

paid by the customer.

Free shipping applies to orders HK$500+ (where available at checkout).

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is defective/damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection (banks may take 5–10 business days to post).

No restocking fee.
